Additionally, massage helps relieve the stress and tension of everyday living that can lead to disease and illness. All it takes is one consultation with our therapists to identify the possible causes of your discomfort.

Heather Caldwell, Registered Massage Therapist

I’m originally from the Interior of BC and grew up ranching and logging! I pursued several academic/science related topics in university before finding massage therapy.

In 2018 I graduated with a 2200 hr diploma from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary.

Since then, I’ve gained experience treating individuals from a variety of backgrounds presenting with various musculoskeletal issues, from repetitive use and sports injuries, to pregnancy. Helping clients achieve their treatment goals, be that relaxation, improved flexibility, or tackling specific areas, is always my primary focus, and one of my favorite parts of massage.

When I’m away from the table, I enjoy exploring the back country with my dog, taking long walks on the beach, soaking up the rain, cycling, swimming, and generally staying active!

Nathan Heida, Registered Massage Therapist

Originally from Ontario, Nathan started his career as an RMT there graduating from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2011. Working there for just over 3 years in a multi-disciplinary clinic setting treating workplace, mva, and sports related injuries. However, the call to be closer to the outdoors was too strong and he moved out of province to Lake Louise and Banff where he continued working as an RMT while spending his free time backpacking, camping, hiking, and skiing for another 3 years before he landed in Vancouver still taking advantage of all the outdoor activities it has to offer.

Nathan enjoys being active, discovering new places and learning new things. Whether outside in the wilderness, with sports, or by returning to school in 2019 to become an Osteopathic Practitioner. He enjoys helping people whether it is returning from an injury to functioning in everyday life with chronic problems or even just managing stress and general maintenance.

Let him know your needs and he will do his best to help you with your treatment goals. He has experience in both clinical and spa settings and likes to incorporate both of these as well as what he is currently learning in school into his treatments to help the client get the most beneficial treatment for them.

Natasha Juliana Wilkie, RMT

My name is Natasha Juliana Wilkie. I have been passionate about massage therapy since a young age. After many years of customer service and sales, I was finally ready to pursue my dreams of being an RMT. I have knowledge and experience in a variety of different conditions, some main conditions I like to focus on are tension headaches, migraines, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis. I hope one day to further study in TMJ dysfunction and reflexology. I strive to help my patients achieve a full relaxation experience by incorporating diaphragmatic breathing, and deep specific work within my treatment plans.

On my free time I love to hang out with family and friends. Some activities we enjoy together are Sports, playing board games, BBQs, listening to music, and swimming.

Kristie Campbell, RMT

Kristie graduated from Langara’s Registered Massage Therapy Program in December 2020 and received her certificate of registration in May 2021. During her two-year program, Kristie gained experience working with a wide variety of conditions.

A lover of yoga, Kristie has always had a passion for fitness and human anatomy. She has experience working with athletes from all different backgrounds. Kristie believes to see success in manual therapy there must be trust and understanding between herself and her clients. That relationship is especially important to Kristie and guides her practice.

Spending time in 2019 at ICORD (International Collaboration on Repair Discoveries) gave Kristie the ability to work with neurological deficits in the Physical Activity Research Center. Later, while the world paused in Summer 2020 Kristie began volunteering at a neurological rehabilitation clinic where she found a passion in helping those suffering from neurological deficits. The opportunity was invaluable. So much knowledge and experience gained whilst learning from a team of experienced professional physiotherapists and kinesiologists. A curious brain always excited to learn more, Kristie continues to challenge herself to study and learn from her clients.

Kristie genuinely cares about her clients no matter what their condition or severity of dysfunction. Anywhere from a relaxation massage to highly specific focused care. Treatments may include Swedish, myofascial, visceral, joint play, trigger point therapy, rehabilitative exercises, and patient education.

Clients describe Kristie’s style as “Gentle, yet strong and supportive.” Kristie has experience with a wide variety of conditions but always sees the client as a person, putting their goals and expectations as the top priority.
